Rambus Memory (RDRAM) Evolution

Rambus Memory (RDRAM) emerged as a high-speed memory technology designed to boost system performance during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Unlike conventional SDRAM, Rambus Memory (RDRAM) offered significantly higher bandwidth by transferring data on both the rising and falling edges of the clock signal. This innovation allowed computers, especially those used for gaming and graphics-intensive applications.
